Ordering Information We sell our meat as full, half, or split-sides. The meat is priced "on-the-hook" which means that you purchase only the dressed meat of the steer. Where We Process Your Meat Your total processed cost of the dressed steer is $2.32/lb*. Payment required at the time you pick up your meat. *There may be some price fluctuation per the net amount of meat received subject to cutting loss at the processing locker. The Beef Meat Chart illustrates the areas of the beef animal that yield the different cuts of meat that you are accustomed to purchasing from a butcher or the Meat Department of a Food Store. Consider the types of roasts, steaks, the quantity of ground beef, special cuts, soup meat and variety meats you generally consume and then make your choice. Do you need the whole animal, half, or a split-side? When you make your decision use our Order Form to place your order. We will then enter your order into our processing schedule. When your processing date is scheduled by either Falls Meat Service or the Holmen Locker & Meat Market (usually within 2-3 weeks) we will send you an email notifying you of your processing date. This will be the date on which you need to call either Falls Meat Service in Pigeon Falls, WI or the Craig's Meats and Catering in Mindoro, WI with your meat cutting instructions. When your meat is ready we will notify you again by email and you will be able to pick up your processed and packaged meat. * Geske Farms Beef is a leaner, healthier meat.*
